A custom workflow system built for a tuition agency to create assignments, collect tutor applications, process applicants, filter profiles and manage high-volume matching work with clearer admin control.
The tuition agency needed to manage assignment details, market assignments to tutors, receive tutor applications, check rates and availability, process new applicants and shortlist the most suitable tutors. Doing this manually becomes messy when many assignments and tutors are active at the same time.
I built a web-based admin system around the agency's real workflow: create assignment, publish assignment code, let tutors apply, validate tutor details, review applicants, filter and rank tutors, then process the best matches from detailed and compact views.
The system gave the agency a more structured way to handle tutor applications, reduce repeated data entry, identify new applicants, manage tutor status, and keep assignment processing visible instead of scattered across messages and memory.
Admin enters assignment code, client name, category, tuition details, custom questions, rate fields and priority status.
